Ramdas Soren Sworn in as Jharkhand’s 12th Minister

Ghatshila MLA Ramdas Soren has been appointed as Jharkhand’s 12th minister, taking charge of the Water Resources and Higher Education Departments.
JAMSHEDPUR – Ghatshila MLA Ramdas Soren was sworn in as the 12th minister of Jharkhand, overseeing Water Resources and Higher Education.
During his visit to Jamshedpur, Minister Soren first paid tribute to martyrs at a memorial site.
He was then warmly received at Kharangajhar Chowk in Ghordabanda by Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Prakash Sahay and others.
In Ghordabanda, residents celebrated Soren’s achievement with fireworks and sweets.
Prakash Sahay expressed pride in Soren’s journey from village head to minister, calling it a moment of honor for the entire region.
Local women followed traditional rituals, washing the minister’s feet before he offered prayers at Jahersthan.
Minister Soren thanked his constituents and vowed to work diligently during his term.
He was accompanied by his wife and family, along with many JMM leaders and supporters.
The event was attended by Rajju Rana, Madan Gorai, Bullet Mahto, and many others who showed their support.
