Prof. Chandreshwar Khan addresses students on managerial processes importance

Prof. Khan delivered an inspiring lecture on managerial processes to students at Sona Devi University, Ghatshila.

JAMSHEDPUR – Sona Devi University in Ghatshila hosted a lecture by Prof. Chandreshwar Khan on managerial processes.

The event, part of the university’s "Lecture Series by eminent personalities," drew a large audience of students and faculty.

Prof. Khan, a former senior assistant general manager at Telco, Jamshedpur, shared insights on management science.

His lecture focused on the "Importance and Utility of Managerial Processes for Students and Faculty Members of Educational Institutions."

The management guru emphasized the need for clear goals, effective processes, and dynamic resource utilization.

He stressed the importance of knowledge acquisition, experience, courage, time management, and gratitude for success.

"Discipline and self-control are essential qualities," Prof. Khan stated, encouraging students to excel in both their mother tongue and English.

The speaker highlighted attitude as a critical factor in determining one’s achievements in life.

University officials, including Chancellor Prabhakar Singh and Vice Chancellor Prof. J. P. Mishra, attended the event.

Prof. Dr. Gulab Singh ‘Azad,’ the University Registrar, praised the lecture’s potential to inspire students.

"Prof. Khan’s guidance will surely help our students achieve excellence both academically and in their future careers," remarked Chancellor Singh.

Students and faculty members responded enthusiastically to the motivational speech.
