Govt Services to Reach Doorsteps in East Singhbhum
‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ program launched across 18 panchayats and 2 municipal bodies
The ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ program brings government services directly to residents in East Singhbhum district from August 30 to September 15.
JAMSHEDPUR – East Singhbhum district launched the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ program, bringing government services to residents’ doorsteps across 18 panchayats and 2 municipal bodies.
District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal inaugurated the camp at East Kitadih Panchayat in Jamshedpur Sadar block.
The program aims to ensure eligible individuals receive benefits from various government schemes.
Camps were set up in 10 blocks of the district on the inaugural day.
Officials planted saplings at the camp, symbolizing a commitment to environmental protection alongside social welfare.
Mittal inspected stalls from 20 different departments, interacting with officials and residents.
Key schemes highlighted include the Abua Housing Scheme, Guruji Credit Card Scheme, and Mukhyamantri Rojgar Srijan Yojana.
Assets and certificates were distributed to beneficiaries of various government schemes during the event.
"The primary goal is to bridge the gap between the government and the people," stated Mittal.
Officials were instructed to assist villagers in understanding and applying for schemes efficiently.
The camp facilitated applications for services under the Service Guarantee Act and social security schemes.
Street plays and pamphlet distribution were organized to enhance public awareness of welfare schemes.
The program will run until September 15, aiming to reach every eligible individual in the district.
