Jamshedpur Bar Association Election Today; 66 Candidates in Fray

1,520 voters will cast their ballots today to elect the President and other members of the Jamshedpur Bar Association from 10 AM to 4 PM.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Jamshedpur Bar Association is holding its election today, with voting scheduled from 10 AM to 4 PM.

A total of 1,520 eligible voters will choose their preferred candidates for various positions, including the President.

The election features 66 candidates competing for 16 positions, including the President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretaries, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Executive Committee members.

The first floor of the Bar Building has been set up with 22 separate booths, and all necessary preparations were completed by Friday evening.

Virendra Singh, a member of the District Bar Association Election Committee, assured that all measures have been taken to ensure a fair, transparent, and peaceful election.

If needed, special provisions will be made for sick or differently-abled voters.

Voters are required to bring a valid identification card to cast their votes.

The Election Committee has appealed to all voters to participate peacefully in the election.

Candidates in the Fray:

– President (1 position): R.N. Das, Malkit Singh, Omkarnath Arun, Rohit Kumar, Vimal Kumar Pandey.

– Vice President (1 position): Sudhir Kumar Pappu, Bolai Panda, Anuradha Chaudhary, Ravishankar Tripathi, Basant Kumar Mishra.

– General Secretary (1 position): Ajay Kumar Rathore, Harendra Kumar, Kumar Rajesh Ranjan.

– Joint Secretary (2 positions): Rajhans Prasad Tiwari, Sanjeev Ranjan Bariar, Pawan Tiwari, Mohammad Zahid Iqbal, Shriram Dubey, Dilip Mahato, Pawan Kumar, J.K. Singh, Vinita Singh, Niranjan Jha, R.K. Singh.

– Treasurer (1 position): Dwivedu Mandal, Rajeev Saini, Jai Prakash Bhagat, Jitendra Kumar Dubey.

– Assistant Treasurer (1 position): Praveen Kumar, Jagdeep Singh Saini, Shyam Mohan Gupta, Shamshad Khan, Pushpa Kumari, Sankata Singh.
