SERAIKELA – The Press Club of Seraikela-Kharsawan celebrated the 78th Independence Day at the newly inaugurated district press club building on Thursday.

Press Club President Manmohan Singh hoisted the national flag in the presence of District PRO Avinash Kumar and APR Officer Nandan Upadhyay.

Singh congratulated the district’s journalists and highlighted the crucial role that journalists and freedom fighters played in securing India’s independence.

He urged the press to maintain integrity and unbiased reporting, emphasizing that honest journalism, though challenging, remains undefeated.
