BJP Prepares for ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign and Commemorates Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagarf has initiated extensive preparations for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, distributing national flags across various mandals and organizing a district-level seminar on Partition Horrors Remembrance Day on August 14.

JAMSHEDPUR – BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagarf has launched an extensive campaign to celebrate ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ and observe Partition Horrors Remembrance Day on August 14.

The campaign will run from August 11 to 13, culminating in a grand Tiranga Yatra led by MP Vidyut Varan Mahato on August 14.

Campaign Details

A press conference was held on Monday at the BJP district office in Sakchi, where Jamshedpur MP Vidyut Varan Mahato and BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagarf President Sudhanshu Ojha detailed the party’s plans.

The campaign, running from August 11 to 14, aims to foster national unity by encouraging citizens to hoist the national flag.

As part of the campaign, a massive Tiranga Yatra will be conducted by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on Tuesday, starting from Kadma Ganesh Puja Maidan and ending at the Golmuri Shaheed Sthal.

Ojha emphasized that BJP, as a nationalist organization, has always worked with the nation-first ideology.

On August 13-14, party leaders and members will conduct cleanliness drives around statues and memorials of great revolutionaries in the city, paying tribute to them by garlanding their statues.

Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

On August 14, a district-level seminar will be held in the East Bengal Colony of Sitaramdera Mandal area to discuss the tragedy of Partition.

The seminar will also pay tribute to those who lost their lives during the Partition.

Women’s Wing Protest

The BJP Women’s Wing will organize a protest at the Deputy Commissioner’s office on August 14 to address the rising incidents of crimes against women in the district.

The protest aims to draw attention to the issue and demand swift action from authorities.

Extensive Flag Distribution

BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar has arranged for the distribution of over 50,000 national flags across the city to ensure that as many households as possible participate in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.

Citizens are encouraged to hoist the national flag at their homes, shops, and establishments from August 13 onwards.

Tiranga Yatra on August 14

A joint Tiranga Yatra will be conducted in Jamshedpur East and West constituencies, starting at 10 a.m. from Kadma Ganesh Puja Maidan and concluding at the Shaheed Sthal near Golmuri Police Line.
