Grand Ceremony Held for Shiv Mandir Pran Pratishtha Samaroh in Sonari
Shiv Mandir Pran Pratishtha Samaroh was celebrated with worship rituals and a city tour led by Vidyanand Saraswati.
In a grand event under the leadership of International Vice President of Juna Akhara, Vidyanand Saraswati, the Shiv Mandir Pran Pratishtha Samaroh was celebrated on Sunday at Ganga Giri Mouni Baba Ashram, Sonari River Mint Road.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Shiv Mandir Pran Pratishtha Samaroh was celebrated on Sunday with great fervor at Ganga Giri Mouni Baba Ashram, Sonari River Mint Road, under the leadership of International Vice President of Juna Akhara, Vidyanand Saraswati.
The event began with the worship of unmarried deities and the Mahasnan (grand bath) and Shringar (adornment) of the idols.
Shiv and the Shiv Parivar were bathed with the sacred water from the Kalash Yatra.
Following the Shringar, the idols were taken on a city tour.
The city tour covered Domukhani, River Mint Road, Joggers Park, and other areas, and was celebrated with much fanfare.
A long queue of devotees participated in the city tour.
Mahant Meghananda Saraswati from Mouni Baba Ashram led the city tour and distributed prasad among the devotees.
After the city tour, Lord Shiva’s Aarti was performed.
On Monday, the celebration will continue with the worship of unmarried deities, Ashtajam Kirtan, Akhand Ramayan, idol installation, Pran Pratishtha, Alokik Shringar, city tour, Aarti, and Bhayadhiwas.
