JAMSHEDPUR – The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has bestowed the esteemed Men’s Coach of the Year award upon Khalid Jamil, head coach of Jamshedpur FC.
This recognition highlights Jamil’s exceptional coaching skills and the significant improvements he brought to Jamshedpur FC’s performance.
Jamil, an AFC Pro Licensed Coach, also claimed the FPAI Coach of the Year award for the 2020-21 season.
His appointment as Jamshedpur FC’s head coach midway through the previous season marked a turning point for the club.

Under Jamil’s guidance, Jamshedpur FC reached the semi-finals of the 2024 Kalinga Super Cup, winning all three league games.

Jamshedpur FC stayed in the playoff race until the penultimate game of the ISL 2023-24 season.
