Students Excel in Choral Recitation and Storytelling

The recent Choral Recitation and Storytelling Competition at S.D.S.M School for Excellence highlighted the importance of values while enhancing students’ public speaking skills.

JAMSHEDPUR – S.D.S.M School for Excellence recently organized a Choral Recitation and Storytelling Competition for its Junior School students, emphasizing the theme of ‘VALUES.

Students from Standards I to III participated in poem recitations, while those from Standards IV and V showcased their storytelling skills.

The event aimed to instill the importance of values in students’ lives and demonstrated how values guide us in making better decisions.

Through this competition, students enhanced their public speaking abilities, focusing on aspects such as pitch, tone, volume, pace, diction, and pronunciation.

Teamwork and cooperation were also key elements of the event, as students worked together towards a common goal.

The competition provided a platform for students to develop their communication skills and gain confidence in public speaking.

Principal Moushumi Das will honor the winners in a special assembly at the school, recognizing their exceptional performances.

This event not only highlighted the students’ talents but also reinforced the significance of values in everyday life.

By participating in such activities, students at S.D.S.M School for Excellence are encouraged to excel both academically and in extracurricular pursuits.
