District Agrawal Sammelan Appeals to BJP President for Monty Agarwal’s Reinstatement
Jamshedpur BJP’s district media in-charge Monty Agarwal’s suspension sparks appeal from District Agrawal Sammelan to state BJP president Babulal Marandi.
The District Agrawal Sammelan has urged state BJP president Babulal Marandi to reinstate Monty Agarwal as Jamshedpur Metropolitan BJP’s district media in-charge.
JAMSHEDPUR – The District Agrawal Sammelan has written a letter to state BJP president Babulal Marandi, appealing for the reinstatement of Monty Agarwal, Jamshedpur Metropolitan BJP’s district media in-charge, who was recently suspended from the party.
District President of the Sammelan Sandeep Murarka requested that Marandi, acting as a guardian, address any complaints against Agarwal and allow him to return to his duties with renewed energy.
Murarka praised Marandi as a fair and strong leader working to strengthen the organization.
However, he noted that despite Marandi’s efforts, the BJP saw a decline in votes and seats in the recent Lok Sabha elections compared to 2019.
He attributed this decline partly to the neglect of dedicated workers and the lack of priority given to their views.
Murarka cited an incident during the Lok Sabha elections where Agarwal protested against the "Officer Room" sign at the Jamshedpur BJP office, arguing for equal treatment for all members.
This protest, along with Agarwal’s refusal to create a personal social media page for District President Sudhanshu Ojha, led to his suspension.
Murarka highlighted the significant support from the Marwari community for the BJP and questioned the appropriateness of suspending a Vaishya youth like Agarwal, who stands for truth.
He urged Marandi to reinstate Agarwal and reassign him the role of District Media In-charge of BJYM, Jamshedpur Metropolitan.
Murarka emphasized that Marandi should personally address any complaints against Agarwal, ensuring he can work for the organization with greater dedication in the future.
