Satma Kaur seeks justice for her husband and son, alleging they are falsely accused in a firing incident.
Satma Kaur of Birsanagar reaches SSP office, demands investigation into the false accusation against her husband and son.
JAMSHEDPUR – Satma Kaur, a resident of Zone No. 6 in the Birsanagar police station area, approached the SSP office on Wednesday, seeking justice for her husband Baldev Singh alias Kale and son Akash Singh, whom she claims are being framed in a firing case.
Kaur submitted a memorandum to the SSP, urging legal action against the real culprits after a thorough investigation.
She revealed that on February 17, at 6 pm, her husband Baldev Singh alias Kale had filed a written complaint against one R Kheda and his companions at Golmuri police station for a murderous attack.
She claimed that despite the complaint, no action was taken by the police.
On June 14, a firing incident occurred in Baridih Kalu Bagan, Sidhgora police station area, where colony residents caught R Kheda’s brother at the scene.
In retaliation, a written complaint was filed in Sidhgora by the other party.
Kaur alleges that Ri Kheda and his brother G Kheda conspired to frame her husband and son in the firing case, asserting that they have no connection to the incident.
Satma Kaur has now formally requested the SSP to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
The case highlights concerns about the handling of complaints and the need for a fair investigation.
