The BJP election office in Dumaria Bazaar, East Singhbhum district, was inaugurated on Sunday by the party’s candidate MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, who led the ceremony and convened a strategy meeting with party workers to outline the election campaign.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant step towards the upcoming elections, the BJP inaugurated its election office in Dumaria Bazaar, East Singhbhum district, on Sunday.
The ceremony was spearheaded by BJP candidate MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, who also presided over a strategy meeting with party workers to discuss the election campaign’s roadmap.
During the meeting, Mahato took aim at the coalition government, accusing them of laxity in governance and citing several instances to support his claim.
He pointed out the lack of forest and environmental approvals for the construction of an airport in Dhalbhumgarh, which was declared an Elephant Corridor despite allegedly never witnessing any elephant activity in the area.
Mahato further expressed his disappointment over the delays in the renewal of mine leases in the Surda and Musabani areas, attributing the setbacks to the current administration’s indifference.
He asserted that the closure of mines was a direct consequence of the government’s failure to grant the necessary forest and environmental clearances, causing significant economic and social repercussions.
The event was attended by several prominent party leaders, including former MLA Menka Sardar, senior leader Dinesh Sao, and various other party members and representatives.
Their presence underscored the BJP’s commitment to mounting a strong campaign and addressing the concerns of the people in the region.
The inauguration of the BJP election office in Dumaria Bazaar and the subsequent strategy meeting mark the beginning of an intense electoral battle in East Singhbhum district.
Bidyut Baran Mahato’s criticism of the coalition government’s alleged laxity in governance and the delays in crucial projects and approvals sets the tone for a contentious campaign.
As the BJP candidate, Mahato aims to highlight these issues and present his party as a viable alternative capable of delivering on the promises of development and efficient governance.
The presence of senior party leaders and the active participation of party workers at the meeting demonstrate the BJP’s determination to make a strong impact in the upcoming elections.
The strategy session served as a platform to discuss the campaign’s objectives, mobilize resources, and devise effective outreach programs to connect with the electorate.
