Local Campaigns Encourage Participation in Upcoming Lok Sabha Elections

As part of a comprehensive effort to boost voter participation in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, a voter awareness campaign was conducted today in the Seraikela Kharsawan district. The campaign, part of the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) initiative, focused on educating voters within the Seraikela Nagar Panchayat area.

SERAIKELA – As part of a comprehensive effort to boost voter participation in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, a voter awareness campaign was conducted today in the Seraikela Kharsawan district.

The campaign, held under the SVEEP program, targeted voters in Ward No. 08, providing them with detailed information on the Voter Helpline App and other electoral resources.

"This campaign is vital for enhancing our democratic processes and ensuring high voter turnout," stated an official associated with the election process.

Efforts included education on the importance of voter registration and the availability of Form 6 for unregistered voters.

Participants were urged to actively involve their communities in the electoral process.

"We’re committed to making every citizen aware of their voting rights and ensuring they are ready to vote," said another local official during the campaign.

The campaign also promoted the voter helpline number, 1950, encouraging its use for all election-related inquiries.
