In preparation for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, District Election Officer Ananya Mittal inspected key communication centers to ensure readiness.
JAMSHEDPUR – A thorough review of the operations at the District Contact Center and the 1950 toll-free helpline was conducted by Ananya Mittal, focusing on their effectiveness in resolving public complaints.
Mittal confirmed the successful resolution of 1,413 complaints via the helpline, benefitting 704 residents, demonstrating the center’s pivotal role in addressing electoral queries.
During his visit, he underlined the crucial need for the timely and effective handling of voter concerns, providing essential guidance to staff for improving service delivery.
The helpline, accessible by dialing 0651-1950 in the East Singhbhum district, continues to be a vital resource for election-related information, ensuring a smooth electoral process.
