Local Heroism Averts Potential Catastrophe as Trailer Catches Fire Near Chowka

A fire outbreak on a trailer on the Kandra-Chowka road was swiftly contained thanks to the alertness and quick response of the driver and local residents.

KANDRA – In a potentially disastrous incident, a fire erupted in the lower part of a trailer traveling towards Chowka on the Kandra-Chowka road early Wednesday morning.

Alerted by the rising smoke and flames, the driver quickly stopped the vehicle and called for assistance.

The local community responded promptly, helping to extinguish the fire with water.

This rapid action averted what could have been a significant disaster.

The incident occurred in an area surrounded by many shops, which were at risk of damage had the fire escalated.

Fortunately, the fire was controlled in time, and the trailer sustained only partial damage.

Thanks to the collective efforts of the driver and the locals, a major crisis was prevented, ensuring the safety of nearby properties and individuals.
