Jamshedpur Sanitation Workers Take Voter Oath, Urged To Participate In Polls

The Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) campaign is making a significant impact in East Singhbhum, as efforts to encourage voter participation gain momentum ahead of the Lok Sabha elections on May 25th.
Jamshedpur – As part of the SVEEP initiative, all sanitation workers in the Jamshedpur Municipal Body and Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee were administered the voter oath and motivated to cast their votes in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The campaign aims to ensure public participation from all sections of society in the electoral process, strengthening democracy at its core.
"Taking the voter oath has instilled a sense of responsibility in me towards the democratic process," said Rajesh, a sanitation worker from Jamshedpur.
