Gudiya Kumari undergoes successful surgery for a large ovarian tumor and TB, thanks to Dr. Nagendra Singh’s philanthropic efforts.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a remarkable act of medical and humanitarian dedication, Dr. Nagendra Singh of Ganga Memorial Hospital provided life-saving surgery to 26-year-old Gudiya Kumari.

Gudiya, hailing from Jojobera, suffered from a significant ovarian tumor and TB, causing severe discomfort and health complications.

Unable to afford surgery costs at private hospitals, Gudiya found hope at Ganga Memorial Hospital, where Dr. Singh offered her free treatment.

The complex surgery involved removing a large tumor and addressing the impact on nearby organs, followed by a critical blood transfusion.

Post-surgery, Gudiya is on the road to recovery, albeit facing a six-month course of TB medication to combat ovarian TB.

Dr. Singh’s commitment to providing free medical aid has benefitted over 15,000 patients, a tribute to his late mother’s memory and his dedication to service.

This case underscores the importance of accessible healthcare and the profound impact of medical professionals committed to serving those in need.
