The Railways has announced the addition of an AC Two-Tier coach to the Tatanagar-Yesvantpur-Tatanagar Express, enhancing comfort for travelers during the summer season.

JAMSHEDPUR – Starting from Tatanagar on March 7, 2024, an AC Two-Tier coach will be attached.

This coach addition aims to provide enhanced comfort for summer travelers.

The move is set to benefit students and workers relying on the train for travel to Bengaluru.

It also supports those seeking medical facilities in southern cities like Vellore and Chennai.

The Yesvantpur Express plays a crucial role in connecting the region to Bengaluru.

A passenger expressed, "This addition is a relief for regular commuters like us. I regularly travel to Bengaluru and Vellore and I wish the railways pay more attention to such South-bound trains. Tatanagar needs more trains to connect southern cities as a large number of students and workers find it hard to find reservation on the trains available now"
