Mango Police Station Cracks Down on Motorcycle Thieves, Recovers Stolen Vehicle
Jamshedpur’s Mango police station has successfully dismantled a motorcycle theft gang, leading to the arrest of three individuals involved in the crime spree.
JAMSHEDPUR – Mango police have busted a bike theft gang and arrested three persons on the charges of theft.
Based on a tip-off, the night patrol intercepted the suspects attempting to flee, leading to their capture.
The accused, identified as Sonu Kumar Sharma, Shibu Karmakar, and Nirmal Chaudhary, admitted to their involvement in the thefts.
DSP Bhola Prasad confirmed the arrests and the recovery of a Hero Splendor motorcycle linked to the crimes.
The police were on high alert following reports of an active motorcycle theft gang within the Mango police station’s jurisdiction.
The successful operation underscores the police’s commitment to clamping down on vehicle theft in the area.
