Today, villagers staged a protest to emphasize the critical need for resolving the water shortage.
Malati Bera, Sarathi Rani Bera, Bulu Bera, among others, took part in the demonstration.
The community’s plea for repair has been ignored by local authorities despite repeated requests.
Women in the village are particularly affected, with their daily lives disrupted by the scarcity.
The malfunctioning hand pump in Dhiwar Tola has left residents without adequate drinking water.
This issue has persisted for the last two months, causing significant distress.
