Vikram Sharma Acquitted in Jamshedpur Forgery Case

Court finds insufficient evidence against Akhilesh Singh’s mentor in property fraud

Lack of evidence leads to acquittal of Vikram Sharma in a case involving the purchase of properties with fake documents.

JAMSHEDPUR – Vikram Sharma, known for his association with notorious gangster Akhilesh Singh, has been cleared of charges related to property fraud due to insufficient evidence.

The court found the evidence against Sharma, accused of using forged documents to acquire properties, inadequate for a conviction.

Sharma, who stood trial in person, received the court’s verdict absolving him of all charges after detailed legal scrutiny.

The defense successfully argued the insufficiency of proof to support the accusations levelled against Sharma.

Also implicated in the case, Harish Singh, participated in the proceedings via video link from custody.

Vikram Sharma’s history includes his arrest by Jamshedpur Police on April 15, 2017, from a Dehradun location, highlighting his criminal ties and activities.

At the time of his capture, Sharma was found in possession of multiple PAN cards and other documents issued under false pretences.

Among the seized assets was a flat in Jamshedpur’s Ashiana area, with incriminating evidence also uncovered in Akhilesh Singh’s residence, pointing to Sharma’s involvement in fraudulent schemes.
