Graduation Ceremony Honors Excellence Among Students
S.D.S.M. School for Excellence marks the graduation of its 2023-24 Std XII batch with awards, speeches, and a ceremonial lighting of candles.
JAMSHEDPUR – The S.D.S.M. School for Excellence recently held its Graduation Ceremony for the 2023-’24 Std XII students, celebrating academic achievements and personal growth.
The ceremony concluded with graduating students lighting candles, symbolizing their readiness to embark on new journeys, followed by the rendition of the school anthem.
Guest speakers drew inspiration from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, encouraging graduates to transform dreams into action through hard work and societal contributions.
Principal Moushumi Das imparted wisdom to the students, emphasizing the importance of gratitude, passion, and the guiding principles of karma in their future endeavors.
Special awards were presented to Nitish Tiwari, Amol Kumar Rai, and Adarsh Kumar for their exemplary academic performance and behavior, as recognized by Principal Moushumi Das.
A total of seven Special Awards were bestowed upon students for their academic excellence and active engagement in extracurricular activities.
The event saw 193 students receiving mementos and certificates in recognition of their accomplishments throughout their school journey.
Nitish Tiwari, representing the graduating batch, shared a heartfelt valedictory speech, encapsulating the emotions and experiences of his peers.
The graduation ceremony was graced by luminaries such as Father D’Souza, Dr. Parineeta Shukla, Mikki Singh, and Mrs. Meena Bugli, alongside Principal Moushumi Das.
The festivities commenced with a traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the enlightenment that education provides, led by Principal Moushumi Das and distinguished guests.
