JAMSHEDPUR – The Milanee, a cornerstone in promoting Bengali socio-cultural heritage, celebrated its 110th Foundation Day, underlining a commitment to elevating art and culture. Club President Shekhar Dey spearheaded the event with a vision of enriching traditional values through modern expressions.
The celebration began with the Club flag hoisting by President Shekhar Dey and Secretary Dipankar ‘Raju’ Dutta, symbolizing the club’s enduring legacy.
The Club anthem performed by the Sur Sangam team set a harmonious tone for the day’s events.
A tribute was paid to past office bearers and founding members, honoring the legacy of individuals like Amiyo Bhushan Sharma and Shib Prasad Banerjee.
The evening’s cultural program featured Swarnali Bose, a renowned singer from Kolkata, showcasing the vibrancy of Bengali music.
