JAMSHEDPUR – In a display of camaraderie and tradition, RAF 106 Battalion’s Commandant, Dr Nishith Kumar, hosted a community feast at the Sundernagar Camp, concluding the Republic Day celebrations.
Participation was enthusiastic, reflecting the unity and spirit of the force.
Dr Kumar personally took part in the distribution of sweets to all attendees, further fostering a sense of togetherness.
He also took the opportunity to express his admiration for the officers and personnel who were honored with medals, acknowledging their contributions and sacrifices.
In his address, Dr Nishith Kumar emphasized the significance of the National Flag and its representation of the country’s constitution and collective faith.
The ceremony’s highlight was the flag hoisting, carried out by Dr Kumar, alongside the presence of Second-in-Command Officers Shailendra Kumar and Sachidanand Mishra, who were the special guests.
