ICAI Announces CA Exam Results: Jamshedpur Students Excel, Madhur Jain Tops Nationally

ICAI declares CA final and intermediate exam results, with Jamshedpur students achieving notable success and Madhur Jain securing All India Rank 1.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the results for the Chartered Accountants (CA) final and intermediate examinations.

In Jamshedpur, 262 candidates took the final CA exam, with 56 emerging successful.

Jai Kant Beria is the City topper, while Rachit Agarwal topped the intermediate exam in the city.

A significant number of students also cleared either the first or second group of the CA Final, with 47 students passing.

The CA Inter examination saw 432 Jamshedpur candidates, out of which 83 qualified for the CA Final.

Among those who cleared the exams are Mehak Goyal, Ishika Chand, Shimdhima Sah, Nikhil Kumar, Ayushi Aggarwal, Shivam Choudhary, Megha Burada, and Srishti Choudhary.

CA Ankita Aggarwal, the Jamshedpur Chapter Chairperson of ICAI, shared these details, extending congratulations to the students.

Nationally, the exams witnessed 65,294 candidates for Group 1 and 62,679 for Group 2 in the CA final, with pass percentages of 9.46% and 21.60%, respectively.

In both groups of the final CA exam, the pass rate stood at 9.42%, with 3,099 of 32,907 candidates passing.

The country saw a total of 8,650 new Chartered Accountants.

For the CA Intermediate, 1,17,304 students appeared in Group A with 19,686 passes, and 93,638 in Group B, with 17,957 successful candidates.

Madhur Jain achieved All India Rank 1 in the CA Final Result, scoring 619 out of 800.
