Musabani Mines Labor Union’s New Leadership Meets HCL/ICC Unit Head

In a strategic meeting, Musabani Mines Labor Union’s leadership discussed vital issues with HCL/ICC Unit Head, focusing on mine welfare and forest clearance.

JAMSHEDPUR – The leadership of the Musabani Mines Labor Union, under President Akhileshwar Singh, recently convened with HCL/ICC Unit Head Shyam Sundar Shetty.

This important meeting centered on several critical issues concerning the Mussabani Mines and its workforce.

A significant topic was the nearing completion of the audit of the Musabani Mines Welfare Fund.

Discussions also delved into the forest clearance for the Musabani Group of Mines, a pressing issue for the region.

Previously, the union’s leadership had engaged with the Khan Secretary regarding the same matter.

During the discussion, the union pledged its full cooperation in resolving these issues.

This meeting marks a new phase of engagement following the reorganization of the union.

The newly appointed General Secretary Sanat Kaltu Chakraborty and the reformed committee were formally introduced to Shetty.

Earlier in the day, a pivotal meeting took place at the union office in Surda, chaired by Akhileshwar Singh, where the union committee underwent reconstitution.

These recent developments signify a proactive approach by the union in addressing the challenges facing the Musabani Mines and advocating for the welfare of its workers.
