Baharagora Camp Connects Locals with Government Schemes

Kesharda Panchayat Bhawan camp sees enthusiastic participation, MLA distributes assets under government schemes.

JAMSHEDPUR -In a significant move to bring government services to the doorstep of the citizens, the Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp was organized at Kesharda Panchayat Bhawan in the Baharagora block.

The camp witnessed a substantial turnout with beneficiaries actively seeking information and applying for various government schemes.

MLA of Baharagora, Samir Samir Kumar Mohanty, played a pivotal role in the event, distributing assets among beneficiaries from the Kalyan Manch.

The initiative, part of the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program, aims to connect eligible beneficiaries systematically to public welfare schemes.

On Wednesday, December 13, the camp extended its reach to 9 panchayats and 1 municipal body area across 8 blocks in the district.

A notable achievement of the program was the distribution of Cash Credit Linkage (CCL) worth Rs 4,00,000 to the Maa Santoshi Sangh women’s group in East Musabani Panchayat, Musabani block, on Tuesday.

This initiative empowers women through financial support for agriculture, animal husbandry, and other self-employment ventures.

The women of the SHG group expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, highlighting the positive impact of the funding on their ability to provide better education and improved living standards for their children.
