High-Speed Crash in Jamshedpur Leads to Injuries and Vehicle Seizure
A high-speed car accident near Rajmahal in Jamshedpur results in injuries and immediate police response, highlighting road safety concerns.
JAMSHEDPUR – A severe car accident occurred near Rajmahal, Chepapul under Mango police station’s jurisdiction in Jamshedpur, resulting from excessive speed and loss of control.
The incident, which took place around 3:30 AM, involved a car crashing into a divider and overturning while the occupants were returning from a wedding party on NH-33.
Azad Nagar police station’s patrol team was quick to respond, rescuing the injured from the wreckage and ensuring their immediate transport to MGM Hospital for treatment.
Mango police station’s PCR unit also arrived at the scene, conducting an investigation that led to the seizure of the vehicle.
ASI Jagannath Rao of the PCR unit reported that the car was en route to Golmuri with three passengers on board when the accident occurred.
All injured individuals are residents of Golmuri, sustaining injuries due to the high-speed impact.
Mr Rao said that this accident underscores the critical need for adherence to speed limits and road safety regulations to prevent such hazardous incidents.
