Tata Steel’s Jamshedpur Run-a-thon Expo Kicks Off Tomorrow

Brands converge at JRD Tata Sports Complex for the pre-run showcase, 3-4 November 2023.

Two-day expo ahead of Tata Steel’s eighth Jamshedpur Run-a-thon to feature brand partners and athlete interactions.

JAMSHEDPUR – The much-anticipated Tata Steel Jamshedpur Run-a-thon, which will see its eighth edition this year, sets the stage with an Expo on November 3-4, 2023, at the iconic JRD Tata Sports Complex.

Opening its doors at 10:00 am tomorrow, the Expo will host a spectrum of brands. Notable participants include Sketchers, the official Running Partner; Fast&Up, the Energy Partner; and other significant names such as Organic Foods, Groats, Renault, SDM Motor World (NEXA), Steel Designs by UEPL, Ramada, Sa-Ni-Sa products, and Gardenia.

Run participants can pick up their T-shirts and BIBs during the Expo between 9:00 am-1:30 pm and 2:30 pm-6:30 pm on both days.

Adding to the excitement, athletes will have the opportunity to interact with pacers, who will be accompanying them during the actual run.

Adding to the event’s grandeur, the Run-a-thon will be inaugurated by Asian Games Silver Medallist, Jyothi Yarraji, on November 5, 2023, with the flag-off scheduled for 6 am.

With over 5,000 enthusiastic runners registered across different categories, the event promises to be a significant affair.

However, for residents, it’s noteworthy that on the day of the run, specific roads starting and culminating at JRD Tata Sports Complex, passing through CH Area to Marine Drive, will be temporarily closed to facilitate the event.
