East Singhbhum Continues to Find Dengue Cases: 2 New, 25 Recovered

Dengue update: 2 new cases detected in East Singhbhum while 25 patients get discharged, highlighting fluctuating trends.

JAMSHEDPUR – The battle against dengue continues in East Singhbhum district as two new cases were confirmed on Tuesday.

The new cases emerged during the sample investigation conducted on October 31, indicating a constant flux in the number of infections.

Among the new cases, one is from Potka and the other from Kadma, expanding the geographical spread of the virus within the district.

Cumulatively, 13,383 samples have been tested, out of which 1,383 people in Kolhan division have been found dengue positive.

As of now, 74 patients are receiving treatment in various hospitals across the district.

Of these, five are in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) while the remaining 69 are accommodated in normal wards.

In a glimmer of hope, 25 patients were successfully discharged from the hospital today.
