Anti-Crime Drive Initiated Across Saraikela-Kharsawan District
Under SP Dr. Vimal Kumar’s directive, an anti-crime and traffic regulation campaign has begun across Saraikela-Kharsawan district police stations.
SERAIKELA – The in-charge of the Adityapur Station has stated that the anti-crime drive campaign and traffic regulation initiatives will help maintain control over criminal activities and road accidents.
As part of this effort, drivers of overloaded cars on the Tata-Kandra major route were stopped, warned and then released.
In addition, those found atop passenger cars were dispersed post warning.
The inspection drives involved checking car boots for potential weapon storage.
During the campaign, several helmetless riders were caught, warned about the potential consequences of their actions, and encouraged to adhere to traffic regulations.
The drive, which included inspection of licenses and vehicle documentation, also focused on two-wheeler drivers.
OC Rajan Kumar directed Adityapur police in conducting a thorough inspection near Gamharia Lal Building Chowk on Thursday as part of the broader anti-crime program.
In compliance with SP Dr. Vimal Kumar’s instructions, the anti-crime checking drive has commenced across the entire Saraikela-Kharsawan district, with every police station initiating an internal campaign against crime.
