JAMSHEDPUR – The recent committee meeting at Tata Motors Workers Union headquarters concluded with a solemn moment of silence in honor of Arun Kumar, a Tata Motors employee who tragically lost his life in a recent accident.
Subsequently, the committee’s attention was turned to official matters. The General Secretary of the union, RK Singh, proposed to fill the two committee seats left vacant due to recent retirements.
This proposal, adhering to the election protocols registered by the Tata Motors Workers Union, aims to enhance the committee’s strength and functionality.
The meeting was graced by the presence of key figures such as Union President Gurmeet Singh and General Secretary RK Singh. They held a comprehensive dialogue on workplace safety, with committee members offering their views on necessary precautions in their respective areas. Following this fruitful discussion, Singh vowed to put the agreed-upon safety measures into action, as advised by a senior officer.
