Jamshedpur Local, Haradhan Saini, Tragically Loses Life in Amarnath Yatra Landslide

Haradhan Saini from Jamshedpur perishes in a tragic landslide during Amarnath Yatra; leaving family members and local community in mourning.

JAMSHEDPUR – The solemn atmosphere engulfs Jamshedpur as Haradhan Saini, a local resident, tragically lost his life in a landslip during the sacred Amarnath Yatra.

The unfortunate incident transpired on July 26, just after Haradhan completed his pilgrimage.His family members, who accompanied him on the Yatra, were unharmed in the incident.

Haradhan, his wife, Ambika Saini, and sister-in-law, Pratima, had set off from Tatanagar station on July 19 for the spiritual journey.

They reached Srinagar after two days, rested for a day, and then proceeded to the pilgrimage camp.Despite the arduous journey, the trio successfully completed their climb and paid their respects at the shrine before heading back to the camp.However, disaster struck later that night when a landslip occurred around three kilometers from the camp, resulting in Haradhan’s tragic death.

Upon the grim discovery of Haradhan’s body the next morning, the authorities facilitated the return of his remains from Srinagar airport to Ranchi.His family then transferred the body to Tata Main Hospital.

Haradhan, known for operating a dosa cart near the Jharkhand Health Minister’s residence in Kadma Bazar, is survived by his wife, son, daughter, and son-in-law.

His untimely demise has left the family and the local community in deep sorrow.
