The Marwari Yuva Manch’s steel city chapter is planning an artificial organ transplant camp at Sakchi’s Agrasen Bhawan, intending to offer prosthetics and other aids to those in need.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Marwari Yuva Manch’s steel city chapter, a nationally recognized charity, is gearing up to host a camp for artificial organ transplants from August 1–3 at Agrasen Bhawan in Sakchi.
The organization’s president, Mohit Moonka, along with a senior member, recently held a meeting with Dr. Jhujharu Manjhi, the civil surgeon for East Singhbhum, to discuss the camp’s details.
The attendees of the camp are expected to receive crutches, hearing aids, and artificial limbs, especially arms and legs.
Commending the organization’s relentless efforts, the Civil Surgeon pledged to provide support for their commendable cause in every possible way.
Project convener Pankaj Sanghi encourages individuals to contribute to this initiative by sharing information about anyone in need of hearing aids, prosthetic limbs, or crutches.
“The camp, set to take place at Sakchi Agrasen Bhawan, aims to distribute prosthetic limbs and equipment at no charge to those who could benefit from them,” remarked the Manch’s Vice-President, Prashant Agarwal.
Significantly, this humanitarian endeavour aims to empower individuals facing mobility challenges, offering them a chance to live a more independent life.
