Loyola School Honors Meritorious Students at Annual Awards Night

At its annual prize night, Loyola School recognized the academic excellence of its students, celebrating class toppers, high-achievers in ICSE and ISC, and individuals demonstrating compassion and selflessness.

JAMSHEDPUR – Loyola School, one of the city’s prestigious educational institutions, held its annual prize night in the school auditorium on Saturday.

The event was graced by Principal Fr. Vinod Fernandes, who commended the hard work and dedication of the students.

The evening was filled with accolades for top performers across various categories including class toppers, subject toppers, and top scorers in ICSE and ISC exams.

The school also acknowledged students demonstrating exceptional compassion and selfless service.

Recognizing Excellence Across Fields

The highest scorers across different subjects and classes were honored, with special awards presented to promising students. Divyani Ghosh of Class VI, Arushi Malakar of Class VII, and Sadia Zareen of Class X were among the recipients of these coveted awards. Raghav Agarwal, Tooba Jannat, Satyaki Sarkar, Divyanshi, Madhav Varshney, and Akshat Roy were also recognized for their outstanding performance.

A Celebration of Athletic Achievements

In the domain of sports, Sheersh Aditya Kachyap bagged the award for the highest achievement in sports contributions, and Soumyadeep Baskey was bestowed with the Randolph LaPorte Memorial Award for the Best Athlete.

Awards at ICSE and ISC Levels

High achievers at the ICSE and ISC levels were also felicitated.

The top scorers in the ICSE Computer Science examination including Ankita Dey Laik, Diwya Dinker, Vedant Sanghi, Araly Aryan Naidu, Ashish Sharma, Rajat Shekhar, Shubham Hansdah, Ujjwal Aditya, Vedant Saraswat, and others were celebrated.

At the ISC level, Madhav Varshney was awarded the Loyola Award, and the top scorers included Isha Murarka, Ishani Dasgupta, Sarthak Ghosh, and others.

The evening culminated with the Vice-Principal Ms. Jayanthi Sheshadri proposing the vote of thanks, followed by the rendition of the national anthem, marking a successful end to the night celebrating academic excellence.
