XLRI Alumni are Leading at Top Positions in World’s Top Companies: Ranveer Sinha

XLRI Alumni reveal success secrets, stating how their education propels them to top positions in world-renowned companies.

JAMSHEDPUR – The students selected after the JAT exam commenced their studies at XLRI.

Alumni Association members interacted with these students, offering valuable insights.

Present were Mario Lobo (Batch 1975-1977), Chairman, PSS R&B Lobo Group of Companies, Ronald D’Costa, owner of Hotel Boulevard (Batch 1965-1968), Mentor and Coach Raj Narayan (Batch 1982-1984), Chief People Officer of Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. Shrini Vudumala (Batch 1989-1991) and Suresh Ramasubramanian (Batch 1989-1991).

XLRI Alumni Association President Ranveer Sinha stated that for 75 years, XLRI has been producing not just better managers but also better humans for the country and the world.

This, he said, is why XLRI alumni occupy top positions in globally renowned companies.

He cited examples of XLRI alumni working as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Hindustan Unilever, CEO of ICICI Bank, and Chief Human Resource Officer of Axis Bank.

This network, he said, greatly benefits Axlers.

Sinha also discussed the gender ratio in the Business Management and Human Resource Management batches, and noted that the first woman to receive management education in India was an XLRI graduate.

He added that XLRI has a conducive environment for women’s education, making it a safe place for female students.
