Health Check Up Camp Held At Goradih Village in Karandih

Jamshedpur: A health check up was organized in Goradih village of Karandih on Saturday with the help of Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina, Rotaract Club, Netaji Subhash University and The One India.
100 sanitary pads were distributed among women on behalf of Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina in this health camp..
Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina’s President Dr. Manju Rani Singh told the women of the village about menstrual diseases and cleanliness during menstruation.
She also urged everyone to use fabric bags instead of plastic bags and told them about the harm caused by plastic to the environment.
In this medical camp, blood sugar, blood pressure, digital mammography and eye checkup were done for more than 100 people.
This program was completed with the help of Poornima Netralaya and Brahmanand Multispeciality Hospital.
Those who contributed to the camp included Suchitra Rungta, Lion Abha Rungta, Fahad and his friends from Netaji Subhash University, Chanakya Verma and Priyanka Arya from One India.
