Same-Sex Marriages & Gender Self Identification – Coming Soon to Your Neighbourhood
A New Era of Queer Love and Legal Recognition Being Championed By CJI As India Reels Under Woke Assault

It’s coming. Same Sex Marriages. In your neighborhood too.
Start preparing to attend same sex marriage parties in Kadma, Sakchi, Burmamines and Telco.
And think of what gifts you would take for the boy-bride and boy-groom or girl-bride and girl-groom.
As India’s Supreme Court hears petitions seeking legal recognition for same-sex marriages, the country is preparing for a monumental change in the institution of marriage.
With the Chief Justice DY Chandrachud leading the bench, it appears that the approval of same-sex marriages is imminent, despite the Centre’s opposition.
The Special Marriage Act may be interpreted to accommodate these unions, as an attempt is being made to use judicial interpretation as a tool to change the law.
We will be told – man does not mean man, but anyone who feels like a man. Or that marriage is not between a man and a woman, but between two persons.
And then we will be given some sermons like – the law has evolved over time to recognize that such relationships go beyond physical connections to stable, emotional partnerships.
Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi, representing the petitioners, contends that the LGBTQ community deserves the same rights to dignity, marriage, and family as heterosexual individuals.
The petitioners request that the Special Marriage Act, 1954, redefine marriage as between “spouses” rather than “man and woman.”
Meanwhile, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the government, questions whether the judiciary, rather than Parliament, should establish new socio-legal relationships.
As same-sex marriage gains traction, Gender Self Identification (GSI) is likely to follow, allowing individuals to legally identify with their chosen gender without medical tests.
While some may see these changes as distant, the rapid evolution of laws surrounding adultery and homosexuality in India suggests otherwise.
As the country moves toward greater acceptance of these unions, citizens should prepare for same-sex marriage celebrations in their neighborhoods and the ongoing discussion of GSI.
If you think that SSM is far off and will not affect your life, you may be grossly wrong.
Once given a nod, this legal artistry is likely to take the society by storm.
Along with SSM, a free gift that is likely to come along is Gender Self Identification (GSI).
GSI means a person should be allowed to legally identify with the gender of their choice by simply declaring so, and without facing any medical tests.
And it means, anyone standing outside a toilet should have the right to declare that he is feeling like a female and then he should be allowed to enter a lady’s toilet, without any hindrance.
You think it is too distant and would never come to India?
You are grossly wrong.
Once adultery was a crime. It is not any more.
There was a time when people thought that homosexuality too would never be decriminalized in India, or that same sex marriage would never even be discussed in India.
Well, the first is already a fait accompli.
The second is being discussed and being championed by the CJI himself.
And once SSM is allowed, GSI too would be demanded and probably would slip in within a few years by some other judicial jugglery.
The woke agenda is being implemented in India one by one.
And after having annihilated all the social institutions, the wokes are now targeting the last standing institution – marriage and family.
If you are still unaware of the developments and the consequences, be ready to attend SSM parties.
And teach your daughters and wives and mothers to respect any man who enters her toilet declaring that he is feeling like a woman.
Improbable?
It is already happening in the western countries.
India cannot be far behind.
Only a few years is all it takes.
All the best!
