Dhalbhum SDO leads peace committee meeting to ensure peaceful Eid celebrations, with focus on security, preventing rash driving, water supply, and cleanliness.

Jamshedpur – In anticipation of the upcoming Eid festival, a peace committee meeting was organized under the leadership of Dhalbhum Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in Jamshedpur.

The meeting was attended by local Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), station in-charges, and members of the peace committee.

The primary focus of the discussion was to ensure the peaceful conduct of the festival.

Similar meetings are being organized at every police station level to maintain harmony during the festivities.

Following the meeting, the Dhalbhum SDO assured that the district administration is fully prepared to ensure that the festival of Eid passes off peacefully.

He stated that police forces would be deployed in all sensitive areas to maintain law and order.

In addition to security measures, the administration will closely monitor rash driving during the celebrations.

The SDO acknowledged that some areas face issues related to water supply and cleanliness, and reassured that these problems will be resolved soon.

He said that the collaborative efforts of the administration, police, and peace committee aim to ensure a safe and joyous Eid for Muslim community.
