Congressmen in Jamshedpur take out torch rally to protest Rahul’s disqualification from Parliament

Jamshedpur: Congressmen held a torch rally at Manifit in Jamshedpur to protest the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi from Parliament and his alleged persecution by the Narendra Modi government at the center. The rally was led by district president of Congress Anand Bihari Dubey himself.

The political tug-of-war between BJP and Congress continues to escalate after the disqualification of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi from the membership of Parliament following his conviction in a defamation case.

Congressmen across the country are protesting against the decision, and the agitation is also being organized in Jamshedpur.

Under the leadership of District President Anand Bihari Dubey, Congressmen in Jamshedpur expressed their anger by taking out a torch procession.

The protest was organized and Congress workers from different parts of the city participated in it.

The torch procession started from the local Congress office and passed through different parts of the city, with the protesters shouting slogans against the central government and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The protesters alleged that the government is trying to stifle the voice of the opposition and is suppressing the democratic values of the country.

District President Anand Bihari Dubey addressed the protesters and criticized the BJP government for allegedly deceiving the people of the country.

He said that the BJP came to power with great confidence, but today, they are trying to demolish every structure and are undermining the values of the constitution.
