Fire breaks out in vacant 3-storey house in Jamshedpur’s Sitaramdera
Panic among locals, no casualty reported
Jamshedpur: In the early hours of Sunday morning, a fire started in a vacant three-story house on Baradwari Telephone Exchange Road under the jurisdiction of Sitaramdera police station of Jamshedpur. No casualty has been reported. Fire was put out eventually by the fire department. Investigations are on.
Locals alerted the police, who got to the area right away and requested aid from the fire department.
The fire brigade worked hard to put out the fire before it could spread further.
Locals began to swarm the area, and there was a palpable sense of terror among those around. The locals were relieved when the fire was put out thanks to the fire department’s prompt arrival.
The entire three-story home was empty, and a legal fight between two brothers was on and there were differences between the landlord and a tenant too.
