Saryu Roy to launch free coaching for poor and bright students
Veenapani Pathshala will be inaugurated on Guru Purnima, to be launched in BJM’s office at Baridih
Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy today announced a unique initiative to provide free coaching to bright students from poor and deprived sections of the society. This coaching would be launched on Guru Purnima at BJM office at Baridih. Later on the initiative would be expanded and taken to different areas.
This initiative has been taken to ensure upliftment of the promising students of the poor sections. Mr. Roy said that this initiative will be launched as Veenapani Pathshala and would begin from his constituency. Under this initiative, free coaching will be provided to the students.
Speaking to the media he confirmed that the initiative would be launched on next Guru Purnima from the office of BJM in Baridih.
It will start with three batches in the first session.
Each batch will have a minimum of 20 students and a maximum of 25 students.
The free coaching will be for the students of class eight, nine and tenth and would mostly comprise meritorious students from poor communities.
The MLA Saryu Rai said that he is trying to do something in the area of education for the people of his constituency.
He said that if his efforts were successful, then later he would also request the government and district administration to provide space for opening more branches, so that its scope could be increased.
