Eminent trade union leader Narendra Mishra passes away

CITU leaders mourned the demise of vice-president of their Jharkhand state committee Narendra Mishra on Saturday and party flag was flown at half mast in his honour.

Adityapur: Eminent trade union leader Narendra Mishra (82), vice-president of CITU‘s Jharkhand Committee and a resident of Adityapur Rad number 18 died on Saturday at his residence at 3 pm. His last rites will be performed on September 12 at 10 am at Parvati Ghat in Bistupur.

He leaves behind three sons, two daughters and a large family.

Mr. Mishra had retired from the Tisco. ’

People started coming as soon as they got the news of his death.

Soon after the news about his demise spread across the state, CITU offices flew the organisational flag at half mast in mourning.
