Rains splash Jamshedpur as temp falls steeply

City weather likely to remain foggy for next 2 days

Jamshedpur: Intermittent rains splashed Jamshedpur briefly on Friday as the weather suddenly turned gloomy and cloudy. The skies were dark since morning and around 11.30 a.m. they started pouring causing a sharp fall in temperature.

Temperature of the city fell by at least around 4 degree Celsius and came down to 14 degree celsius from 18 degree Celsius on Thursday.

North-Easterly wind was recorded at 8 km/hour in the city, while the relative humidity recorded was 78.

Citizens warming up with slow increase in temperature, suddenly were bracing up for further fall in temperature.

The weather is likely to remain foggy for the next two days and clouds may clear up on February 1.
