20 days and no corona death, 30 new cases, 30 cured too

Jamshedpur: Monday was the 20th straight day of nil corona death in Jamshedpur and East Singhbhum. The total death toll for East Singhbhum remains at 374 till Monday evening.

According to official data, 30 new coronavirus cases have been found in the district ton Monday, taking the total positive cases for the district to 17,519.

On the other hand, 30 patients were also cured and discharged from different hospitals. This takes the total recoveries to 16,940 for East Singhbhum district.

As per official data, 4,57,421 samples have been tested in East Singhbhum district till date. Out of these, 17,519 samples have tested positive, while 4,39,902 samples have tested negative.

For now, the district has only 205 active cases of coronavirus infection.

Till Monday evening, the recovery rate in East Singhbhum district was at 97%, while the mortality rate has come down to 2.1%.

The positivity rate for the district is at 3.8%.
