Corona takes 7 lives in East Singhbhum on Sunday, total death toll 197

Jamshedpur: Corona has killed 7 persons in East Singhbhum district on Sunday taking the total death toll due to the disease in East Singhbhum to 197.

Meanwhile, on Sunday 85 new cases were also detected in the district. With this the total number of patients in the district has reached 6530, while the number of active cases is only 2242 as 4091 persons have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals.

Till date the district has tested 78,484 samples, out of which 6530 have tested positive and 71,978 have tested negative.
