NH33 project to be completed by July 2021

Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato conducted a physical inspection of the Tata-Ranchi National Highway (NH33) on Tuesday. He was accompanied by the Project Director of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) Prabhat Kumar.

The MP was informed by Kumar that the ongoing NH widening project would be delayed due to Corona.

Kumar said a target of completing the project by July 2021 had been set.

Earlier, the MP made an assessment of various difficulties blocking the smooth implementation of the highway project from Pardih to Dimna Chowk.

He discussed various issues such as water logging, widening of service lanes and construction of underpass with local people and party workers.

He issued instructions to local administration officials to remove the bottlenecks delaying the project completion.
