Four new Corona positive cases in East Singhbhum, total now 281

Jamshedpur: Four new Corona fresh cases have been detected in East Singhbhum district. One more fresh Corona positive case has been confirmed by sample test on Thursday in East Singhbhum district. With this the total infection tally in the district has now reached 277.

A total of 188 samples from East Singhbhum were tested on Friday. Out of these four were found positive.

On the other hand, 28 samples from Seraikella were also tested. Not a single positive case was found in Seraikella. Similarly, 7 samples from West Singhbhum were also tested in MGMCH and out of these two were found positive.

All these samples were received by MGMCH laboratory on 16th of June.

Those diagnosed as COVID-19 positive are now being admitted in the Covid-19 wards.

Meanwhile, the district administration has again reiterated its appeal to the citizens to continue abiding by all the safety precautions to thwart the spread of the disease and to continue social distancing.
