Tata Steel Sports Department Hosts Successful 1st Inter JDC Water Polo Tournament

1st Inter JDC Water Polo Tournament concludes with Power System as champions, 25 teams participate.

Jamshedpur – The 1st Inter JDC Water Polo Tournament concluded on a high note with Power System emerging as the Champions.

The tournament took place on May 2-3, witnessing participation from 25 teams, each consisting of seven players.

Mukul Vinayak Choudhary, Chief Sports Excellence Centres, TFA & Sports, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Chairman of Sports Advisory Committee (SAC), and Olympian Anand Menezes graced the event.

The finals of the tournament were played between Security and Power System. The match witnessed intense competition among the teams, with each player giving their best. Power System emerged as the champions, while the Security team finished as the first runner-up. Coke Plant secured their place as the second runner-up.

The winning team received the trophy from the Chief, and the runners-up teams received the trophy from the Chairman, SAC.
