AIDSO remembers and offers tributes to Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru

Jamshedpur: The All India Democratic Students Organization (AIDSO) Jamshedpur City Committee offered tributes to Indian freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru on their martyrdom day at Sakchi Gol Chakkar on Thursday.

The revolutionary song "Ae Bhagat Singh Tu Zinda Hai" was performed by the Sangeet Mandali of AIDSO, and Jamshedpur City President Shubham Kumar Jha presided over the event.

The keynote speaker, AIDSO state treasurer Yudhishthir Kumar, noted that AIDSO was holding such events around the nation to remember Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru.

He said that widespread problems with illiteracy, unemployment, and malnutrition meant that Bhagat Singh’s goal still had not been fully realized in the nation.

He said that AIDSO is motivated by revolutionary Bhagat Singh’s struggles and sacrifices in life and seeks to realize his dream through uniting society.

The memorial torch procession for the martyrs began at Sakchi Gol Chakkar, went past the ancient court, and ended back at Sakchi Gol Chakkar again.
